Condo and Townhome Insurance

At the Walker Insurance Agency, a member of our team will personally review your association's bylaws to help you identify which parts of your condo and townhome are covered by the association and which are not.

Sometimes the association is responsible for insuring the individual units, as they were originally built, including the standard fixtures that came with your condo or townhome. If that is true in your case, you are only responsible for the alternations made to the original structure.

However, the association is only responsible for insuring the ceiling, floor and walls in other cases. It's your personal responsibility to insure everything else if that's the case.
